Before you can lead others, you have to first lead yourself. And it starts with your ATTITUDE. Attitude is the window in which your talents, education, experience, skills shines through. If your attitude isn’t right, none of those other things will work to their best. You will continue to struggle and be frustrated. 

The fact that you might work with people who have become negative sharks, doesn’t mean you have to be one or be their dinner. A positive mild distraction can change your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can relieve the stress in your neck and help you keep your sanity. 

When we lose perspective, we have lost our mental capacity to think and do right. We want to quit! That’s our first reaction. We have lost the power to defy the odds or a bad market. 

Years ago, I sold my car to pay for gas; that’s losing perspective! 

History has proven time and time again, that no matter how bad things get, there is always a way to overcome. There is “possibility” in our situations.
